Stride Diagnostics with Video
Tuesday @ 2:45 PM and Saturday @ 7:00 AM
First Session is 20 minutes on the ice for individual testing and video recording. We will look for angles of the body during strides, alignment of head, knee, toe, shoulders in motion from both the front and side of the player, both forwards and backwards skating.
Second Session is 30 minutes off the ice for an individual family meeting with breakdown of stride results with pictures and video, including recommendation of next steps.
