The Lab hosts various camps throughout the year which are always paired with off ice training including off ice shooting, strength and conditioning, mobilty and core activation. Cost varies.

This year, we are partnering with our neighbors at Head Springs Depot to have food trucks, coffee trucks, mimosa tap (moms & dads), a trunk-or-treat and free public skate after the tourney on Saturday.
Cost: $65/player (Goalies $50)
